We’re now looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Stavanger, to take the lead on performance marketing and marketing automation. This is your chance to step into a strategic role where you’ll architect and optimize our digital demand engine.

Key Responsibilities
This isn't just a list of tasks; it's your domain. You will take strategic ownership of our performance marketing channels and marketing automation, transforming data into our most powerful asset.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Lead Xait’s SEO roadmap with smart keyword targeting, on-page optimization, and technical audits that boost visibility.
- Create content to make sure every blog, case study, and landing page is built to rank, resonate, and convert.
Performance Marketing
- Consistently drive and improve high value organic traffic and leads with focus on SEO and content optimization.
- Plan and execute high-performing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns and other relevant campaigns as needed, that drive both demand and brand awareness.
- Run A/B tests and landing page experiments to maximize conversion rates.
- Own campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies, always keeping ROI in focus.
Website Experience
- Be the go-to for keeping our HubSpot website fresh, user-friendly, and conversion-ready.
- Build new pages, update existing content, and continuously improve the customer journey on xait.com.
Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Take full ownership of HubSpot as our marketing automation engine.
- Design and optimize nurture flows, segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
- Align closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure lead quality and a smooth lifecycle from MQL to SQL.
Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Create and send engaging, personalized email campaigns that convert leads into opportunities.
- Build smart segmentation strategies that deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
Analytics & Data Insight
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across all digital channels to drive data-backed decisions.
- Build clear dashboards that turn numbers into insights, and insights into growth.
- Continuously monitor and refine segmentation and CRM data hygiene to keep our funnel running at peak performance.
What You Bring to the Table
- Deep B2B SaaS Experience: You have 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience and have a proven track record of success within enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
- A True Growth Mindset: You have that "growth hacker" mentality. You’re obsessed with figuring out how to take us to the next level, and you’re constantly experimenting to find new avenues for growth.
- Expertise Across the Stack: You are a master of the modern tools of the trade. You have proven success with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, a deep understanding of SEO and organic ranking, and are an expert in using HubSpot for automation and email marketing. You enhance these skills by using AI tools in your day-to-day work to maximize efficiency and impact.
- A Data-First Approach: You are highly analytical and comfortable diving into Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot Reporting, Semrush, or similar platforms to find the "why" behind the numbers.
- A Collaborative Spirit: You’re ambitious, curious, and thrive on owning both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, global B2B SaaS environment.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- You have experience within our landscape, or you are willing to learn about helping enterprise customers with complex sales and tender processes.
- You have worked with international markets and know how to tailor strategies for different regions.
- You have knowledge of paid social channels beyond LinkedIn (e.g., YouTube, Reddit).
- You have hands-on experience with the HubSpot CMS Hub and Basic HTML or CSS editing skills
